She will not be able to because of her bad credit. She needs to cut back on her expenses and pay off the debts asap.

Honestly I don’t think debt cosolidation would be a good strategy for this low amount of debt. although the dental office is unwilling to offer or work with her, she needs to focus solely on this debt first and foremost. Maybe a secondary job is in order and if the dental office sees that she is really trying to work at it, they would be more lenient. I say don’t go through debt consolidation because it will ruin her credit even worst than just allowing it to be on her report and paying it as fast as she can go. I wish her Good Luck!
